ACTIVE MEMBERS:
(Less than age 65 years of age) 		$260.00
FELLOWS :
(At least age 65 before next meeting) 		$145.00
INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS: $145.00
HONORARY AND INACTIVE MEMBERS: $0

Article III: "members who have retired from active practice may be transferred into Inactive Membership by written request, approved by the Council." (They may attend all meetings but will have no vote)
